Often yes — for simple one-step automations, you absolutely can. We come in when you need branching logic, error handling, retries, dedup, API calls, or cross-system workflows that keep breaking silently. Our rule: if Zapier's UI can do it reliably, we'll tell you to do it yourself and save the money.
